Helsing is going to have his work cut out for him in this battle; I am not entirely sure he'll make it.
I can hardly even begin to guess the weapons for the next battle (thanks for doing it btw) , they both use so much magic!

Wesker: Beretta 92F custom “Samurai Edge”, custom Steel Eagle 107c, M79 Grenade Launcher, Heckler and Koch SL8 prototype Sniper Rifle
Additional equiptment: uruborous virus
Van Helsing: double action revolvers, handheld buzz saws, automatic crossbow, sunlight bomb.
Additional equipment-grappling gun
I didn't want to use the werewolf transformation because I had a better idea. I remember in the movie that Carl mentioned that Van Helsing could use his sunlight bomb to charbroil a herd of charging wildebeast.
And I can see you're excited for my match of the magicians ;) I'll be having a Stephen King fan friend of mine help me with Flagg's spells.
As it is, my guesses are :
ReplyDeleteLong Range: Sniper rifle vs. automatic crossbow: Tough one for me but I gotta go with the sniper rifle for greater range, plus Wesker's insane dodging abilities (though they will be strained to the limit here).
Mid Range: Samurai Edge vs. Twin Revolvers : despite the fact that the Samurai edge is an awesome gun with lots of modifications the dual revolvers take it here, though one again Wesker's favorite ability and regeneration limit it here.
Close Range: Knife vs. Dual saws: How big are the saws? regardless this is going to be a pretty even contest given a dual weilding vs. Wesker's martial arts skills.
Explosive: Question. Will the light bomb be effective against Wesker? If I remember correctly sunlight doesn't do anything to him, unlike the vampires that Helsing usually faces. I think the m79 for portability, until I find out more.
Special : Uroborus vs. Grappling Hook: Actually a tough comparison. Uroborus has the unintended side effect of making Wesker go crazy (at least, thats what I think it did to him) while the grappling hook is going to be near useless against a opponent that can dodge bullets and regenerate them too. It does have some other benefits though, but I think ill go Uroborus.
Unless Wesker screws up by mocking his opponent for too long (which he seems to have done before) I think he'll win, though it will be hard fought and i'd love to see the Helsing winning ending/alt ending (just wondering, where is that on your list? I know Mercer vs. Duke is after this from what I have read on deviantart).
I am very eager to see how the Sunlight bomb fares, its probably the most unique one in this battle.
And if you need help on Voldermort's weaponry, I am your man. I got a list of them for your to pick and choose from (message me on deviantart); my only request bein the definate inclusion of fiendfyre.

The light bomb was only used in a mansion full of vampires (a handy place to have just such a bomb) but I'll be making a few assumptions regarding the effectiveness of it against non-vampire enemies. So we'll see how it turns out :)
And remember, as tough as Wesker is Van Helsing is used to dealing with enemies who are superhumanly strong and regenerate. The only thing that oughht to give him trouble is wesker's super speed. That'll be a hard advantage to overcome.
As for that particular spell, count on it to be there. I may ask you later for various spells and powers that Voldemort may use.
To Ares:
Teasing the hell out of people is something that I learned from my girlfirend ;) Who does it to me all the time (damn minx.) I find that it just makes the payoff all the better.
I've finished long range tests and now moving onto explosives. aFter that the final battle begins.
As for Flagg vs Voldemort, I'm still working out the particulars.

Well this seems pretty kick ass now.
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit disappointed that Van Helsing won't turn into a werewolf here. It would've been really kick ass. But who cares, as long as the final battle ends well. Van Helsing will be in my Death Battles, though. ;)
As for Flagg and Voldemort, I can see a couple of Death Eater fighting with Voldemort, but Randall curb stomps them. I read a bit on him and it says he does powers of necromancy and prophecy. Necromancy will work well here, and Flagg might bring people back that Voldemort killed or knew (his parents) to further shock him. Either way, it'll a duel of the wizards that I won't want to miss.
If there are other warriors you need, I still suggest to look at Soul Eater and Code Geass. Two awesome series, and so many awesome warriors. I do want to maybe see Ra's Al Ghul in a battle or cameo. And remember other warriors like Ned Kelly, Anton Chigurh, Tommy Wiseau, Uncle Phil, and Incognito. ;)
^^ I kind of think Master has so many warriors that he will be tied up for the next two years, if not more (and this isn't counting warriors that he said he'd do but hasn't assigned a matchup for, like Commander Shephard and Isaac Clarke) .
ReplyDeleteI am looknig forward to all of Master's next 3 matches. Alex vs. Duke will be the ultimate battle of Nerd vs. Jock-in their superpowered forms. The Duke has great catchphrases and oozes cool, with a girl around his arms in every game , Alex is hyper intelligent and a loner, and as for his female experience...

ReplyDeleteHey man, thanks for being a sport about the werewolf thing. While the werewolf vs uroborous fight would be cool, I've got something better in mind. Ultimately, the end simulation is going to end up being a battle of minds. Not that guns, bombs and other deadly weapons won't play a role in it :)
As for the Flagg vs Voldemort battle, I'll only give away one thing: Flagg is going to try and perform identity theft, the bloody way.

Thanks for your consideration :) To be honest, I kind of enjoy these suggestions, even though it might take me one hell of a long time to complete them :) For now I'm just focusing on my next few matches and then onto my stated matches.
Because let's face it, if I did every single match I've given nonstop, thousands of years from now, Norweigan scientists would probably dig me out of a glacier still trying to finish the last story.
STill, I'm always eager to hear new ideas and I'd be glad to hear or give fight sgugestions :D

As for my match with Flagg and Voldemort, I don't plan for that to be a squad battle but there will be other wizards features as part of the plotline. The battle will take place amidst the great battle of Hogwarts.

Well thank you for asking. I have all the matches on my page and and counting the requests on my fanfiction account I've got about nine requests. Then there are the ideas I juggle around in my head but they come and go.
I think I will definitely use the basalisk in the match, though I'll have to think about using Nagini as a weapon.
